Our coworkers are helped to familiarize with the job contents, adapt to the organizational culture and establish their connections better. Our means include education, training and lectures, assignments for them to learn in, where the instructors announce the progress and objectives of the education and training at every biweekly technical meeting.
In order to keep competitive edge and provide quality services to customers to meet various demands, MEIVON possesses and enriches the technical capability and know-hows while collaborates with well-known makers from Taiwan and overseas on project-specific software. The project collaboration increases our ability of product & technical R&D and designing, allowing us to grow and work with customers in good faith, creating a long-lasting win-win relationship.
